Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 5 business days. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible and many orders may ship sooner, but please allow the full processing window during busy periods.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s transit timeframe. Shipping estimates provided at checkout begin after your order has been shipped.

At this time, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for shipping carrier related issues.
