Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Orders may be canceled only before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In limited situations and at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for issues other than a change of mind. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
All digital products are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable.
